Baby motivation

Iv been counting calories and on a 3 on 1 off day work out since feb. I loos on average .6 lbs a week but now I'm at a Plato. I was out in town today with my husband and baby(turning 1) and saw a little girl who was obese and though how does this happen and realized when my baby sees me eating she wants some. If I'm eating cookies and cupcakes all the time she's going to want to and think it's okay so these items fit into my calories but I shouldn't be eating them everyday I have to. BE a better role model. I'm not cutting out sweets but I need to cut back and Iv food my motivation!

You are right to want to set a good example for your little one (who is all kinds of cute by the way )
We have a huge responsibility as parents to ensure our kids grow up healthy in body and mind. It is a hard job sometimes and not everyone will approve of your way of parenting but we can only do our best by our kids and lead by example and you are certainly starting the right way.
