You DEF cannot waist train while working out or wear it 24/7. THAT is bad for you. If you do choose to do it look into other women who have. Notice the ones who go overboard and where it 22 hours a day have health problems because their spine has trouble supporting them. but it can be done responsibly, and if you look into women who do it you'll find they give you information on how to healthily do it.0
