It's a website that calculates when you should fall asleep to have a restful sleep. I use it sometimes, and it helps me gauge when to wind down and go to bed, so I can fall asleep by the designated time. Part of my mental and physical health is detrimented by waking up in between sleep cycles, which I use this calculator to help prevent.

What do you think of calculators like it? Do you even need them? Are you good without them? What's your sleep habit /alternative?

My friend swears by it, but It takes me 30min-2hours to fall asleep, so I can't really use it.

Never heard of it. I have a love/hate relationship with sleep. I can fall asleep, I just can't stay asleep.

    Okay.

Does healthy sleep help with healthy weight? Or no correlation?

My professor said that sleeping well is CRITICAL to proper weight, because your hunger hormone isn't produced in a flood while you sleep.

I take Tylenol PM and it usually kicks in after about 30 minutes and I'll sleep soundly for at least 6 hours.
