New to the community

Hello everyone,
I have used my fitness pal for over a month I lost 20 pounds by using this and lots cardiovascular. I am a bit frustrated by my midsection is. otherwise getting slimmer. I want to work on my absence to to eat that up as well. Any suggestions?

    Good morning,
    It is a bit of a challenge to get started and to stay on track. Once you conquer the changes in your eating habits and keep your eyes on fitnes goals you will be very successful.

    To clarify what I posted earlier, I am trying to get my abs back in shape maybe a washboard if possible. I am 50 years young (at least in my mind
