Hi everyone! I am not new to MFP, in fact I have successfully used it in the past. However, I am now at the lowest of the low. I recently moved to begin a very busy residency program on top of experiencing a very tragic event in my life. I am happy and love my life, but I want to love my body, as well. I have started to use MFP a few times within the last few months but have become quickly impatient. How does everyone stay on track and motivated without quick results? I would appreciate your help and advice!! Thank you!!

MFP helps me stay motivated and on track. Of course I have made up my mind to eat healthier and maintain my progress on weight loss. Add me if you like1
