Main reason I'm here is to see exactly what I'm eating since finding nutritional information is a PITA. I'm type 1 diabetic and have been all my life. I'm sarcastic and can be obnoxious. Not really looking to lose a ton of weight but some would be good. Main reason is to just try to get back on balance. Growing up I hated doing the nutrition tree, exchanges, and all of the other food management programs the doctors foisted on me. I've heard it all and know the rules. It's one thing though to talk the talk I need to get off my backside and walk the walk though.
I don't tend to sugarcoat things but will congratulate you if you make progress.
