Eating healthy to start training!

Hi! I'm Claire and I've used My Fitness Pal on and off for a few years, but never really kept it up. After a while I find it messes with my head and I start skipping meals to save the calories and that's never a good road to go down. Anyway, I just started wakeboarding, so I'm picking this up again and aiming to eat well to support my new hobby - I didn't realise how strong you have to be! Any more watersports fans out there?
