How do you log the calories in marinades/sauces?

For example, when I make lemon chicken. I saute three cloves worth of minced garlic in 1tsp of olive oil. I had 1/3 cup of white wine, oregano, thyme, lemon zest, 4tbsp fresh lemon juice. I marinade my boneless and skinless chicken breast in this for a couple of hours and then bake the chicken, in the marinade.
How would you count the calories for the marinade? I have been counting everything - oil, white wine, lemon juice, even if I am not the only one eating it.

I scan all the ingredients to my app and then adjust the portion size.
It may not be exact but it's very close. So if you had 8 chicken breasts marinading then I would only use an 1/8th of everything in it. - probably less since your not eating the marinade . With things like this i realize you want to count it but it's very minimal.
