Busy in London looking to get fit

Living a busy lifestyle in London and traveling a lot too. Started out a few months ago at 86.9 kilo and am now down to 78.8. Not as fast as I hoped, but happy to see and feel progress.
Not following a specific diet. I had a genetic analysis done and the recommendations are that I eat a balanced diet with less fat. Low carb does not work for me. My fitness regime is quite a bit of walking (I average 14k steps a day), cycling and yoga.
Looking to loose at least 4 more kilos until Christmas to get me down to 75. Moves me from obese to overweight (I am 159 /5"3). Goal is around 60-63 kilos eventually. Anything below 70 would be good actually, but I know my "happy" weight where I feel great and don't struggle extremely to not gain is 63kg. Which is upper end of normal BMW for me.
Anyway, my new hot yoga class pass has been a great investment. Enjoy the classes and despite being obese I sure am really strong and flexible. I hold poses deeper and longer than many skinny students. Regular practice for the past 6 years or so. Now I need to keep my eating habits equally shaped up...
