How do I know that I am actually loosing weight?

    Get a scale and weigh yourself. Every morning right after waking up, but after 'bathroom habits'. Keep tracking it for say.. A month or so. You should have a lot trend downward, if you have been tracking and cutting back on calories properly.

    Also, take HONEST before and after pictures (no flattering angles).

    Omigod, yes, this. I regret not having taken more progress pics, either. Like.. Little to none. I haven't taken any actual PROGRESS pics in a year. Whoops. But here is like.. ~15lbs into my start, to this last weekend. 15lbs already lost because meds, which is what made me decide to start losing weight in the first place. Also, then I could have better proof that I am ME. I get denied if I try to use my own ID, since I now need to update it. xD;
