Juicing - does anyone do it? How do you log it?

Before starting my current diet, I've done juicing in the past. However, I went via recipe and wasn't counting calories then. Now that I'm using MFP, I'm considering utilizing juicing as a supplement. How do you log it though?

You should weigh all your ingredients and log each one (e.g., 125g of banana + 100g kale + 30g of protein powder, etc..). I don't juice because it doesn't fill me up and its very very easy to get a lot of calories in a short period of time. I rather eat.

Exactly what psulemon says. Genuinely weigh the ingredients, don't just put "1 apple". And be completely honest with it - if you add a 'pinch' of sugar, you WEIGH that sugar. Add it to the list! This goes for logging in general, not just for juicing. n___n

    Good luck.
