Hey everyone! My name is Kristin, I am 28, married mother of two young boys, a full time online business school student and I work in human services. I have a busy life and zero time or money for the gym. I do all my workouts at home using YouTube and my golds gym recumbent bike. I started my journey in April weighing in at 342lbs. I am now 300lbs (weighed myself at work). I do take a weight loss supplement and it has helped me get over plateaus. I am still working on bettering my diet. I have a wicked sweet tooth! I have a long way to go but my fitness pal has helped me with counting calories. I have managed to get exercise almost every single day. Some days I have a lot happening and I need to skip but not too often. I am open to any tips and advice. I appreciate low impact exercise until I get used to it more.
