Hi Everyone,
I'm new! Have started my diet following the birth of my second child 3 months ago. I must admit I was very complacent between the first and the second, now I have the work to do. I was a runner before and am slowly getting back into it. I have set myself a goal of completing a trail marathon in the next year then going onto complete varying distances of ultras, culminating with the Isle of Wight 100k challenge in 2018.
