Frustrated

I started counting around mid June, I am not a heavy person but I was on the higher end of my weight limit so I wanted to be towards the lower end or middle. Im 5ft and I went from 130 to 118, GW: 115 but most likely 112 to have more flexibility. I thought I would have reached that by now, I am committed to my lifestyle change and try to eat well 80% of the time and since I am a yoyoer I am committed to counting calories on here during Maitence. I have been working out 5-6 days a week and I don't eat my excercise calories back usually but have been splurging one day a week unplanned typically lately. I am hungry and really hangry lately and I drink lots of water and I'm just getting a little discouraged. I am thinking of maintaining for a few weeks and keep trying again when I feel a little more motivated and less hangry.

Yeah you've been at it a while, made great progress, but probably need a break from dieting if you're not feeling good. Make sure to slowly bring your calories up to maintenance rather than just suddenly jumping up in calories. Slowly increasing over a few weeks time should help prevent rebound weight gain- there still might be a little though, but that's normal so don't worry about it.0
