Introduction

My name is alex and I am on a journey of weight reduction i monitor my calories and follow strict diet no sugar or junk food. Only coffee 2 cups before noon. i am inclined to eat veg diet enriched with pulses and legumes, vegetables, whole meal roti, Millet flour roti, fish and eggs. No meat! I started sprouting my own legumes; moth beans and mung fantastic curry taste with whole meal roti no oil added. I live on one kidney and fighting renal cell carcinoma ( now in remission) My only way to live longer healthier is monitor 4 aspects (Sleep, Calories in and out, Weight and HRate/BMI)
