Shirataki noodles ? Someone I know can't find them and I would like to try them as well. Thanks.

    They're absolutely disgusting but most major grocery stores should have them. In the cold produce section by the tofu and vegetarian cheese stuff.

    I've seen them in health food stores and sometimes with the vegetarian foods in regular stores.

    I personally will never buy those things. I would much rather have a smaller portion of the regular pastas for a bit more calories than eat those nasty things.

    don't do it. i made that mistake and it still makes me angry. Shirataki noodles made me very angry... :mad:

    regular pasta is goo if you portion it to fit you're daily caloric intake guidelines.
