Lost weight but gained again now

I have previously used this app and managed to drop weight from 89kg (14 stones) to 82 kg (12.9 stones).
Last few months, i was quite busy and have gained weight upto 87kg (13.7 stones)
Will start using this app from today.My height is 182 cm so aiming for weight of 78 kg (about 12 stones) to get perfect BMI.
Need motivation from experienced user friends
