Hi Fitness Pal people

Hi, I'm Dean. I've somehow managed to get out of my normal decent shape. This time around I am finding it a bit harder to drop the pounds. One thing that worked for me in the past was doing the P90x program. The tough part for me now is to commit to it. I eat pretty clean and do workout (non P90x) but seem to stay right where I am in terms of weight. My biggest issue is a lack of sleep. That kills my metabolism and exercise intensity. I am looking into meditation techniques to free my mind up to allow rest. I have noticed that when I eat more vegetables I do feel better. I certainly have room to improve my dieting. I'm hoping to stay motivated through this community and share my insights.
