How do the message boards on MFP work (posting order)?

It looks like you have the first comment at top.... older comments on the last page.... newer comments on the bottom of the first page? What?

    Yep, that's how they work. And understandably so. It's assumed that you should be reading through a conversation to ensure that you aren't constantly repeating the same advice.
