Looking to lose 20pounds before Christmas

Any tips? Gym routine great but can't resist the good foods! Pizza etc!!

I simply fit them into my day. I know that it's unrealistic to believe that I will never eat cake, chips and pizza again. I know it will happen. So when I'm in the mood (not everyday) I include them in my deficit. If I know I'll be going out to eat with friends I will throw in an extra workout and make healthier choices when possible from the menu.0
