Hey, everyone! I really need to get to getting with exercise. I always loved Pilates, but I attempted it again in April and hurt my back. I saw they have a beginner course to ease back in-I can't travel to do TBI pt, so I'm on my own. I guess I can understand why physical therapists are worried working with an MS patient-I can tend to topple over.
I need to work on my body, my gait, I don't want any surgeries until my weight is down a list more-after all, it's a faulty heart valve and surgery is scary.
At any rate, anybody know much about Daily Burn? There is a free 30 day trial, but as for what all they have, etc, I've read mixed reviews. I walk, forage, but need to get my body in shape!
Thanks
