My head is finally in a healthy place, and I'm ready to take on the weight! Want to lose 20 lbs. Started fitness classes at Golds Gym last night; meeting with a personal trainer here at work on Friday; and meeting with the Company dietician next week. Would love to chat with others that are going down my path. Also, tried the phone app and wanted to sync my Fitbit and couldn't.
Any suggestions?

Do you have the Fitbit phone app as well? Mine took two tries but it did finally sync. I've found it doesn't always accurately account for my steps/calories burned though. My Fitbit app takes all the food data I enter on the MFP app too so I often check both to see if my deficit is where I want it to be.0
