A week down, 2lbs lost.

I wanted a warm ooie gooie cookie yesterday. I didnt give in.

Today, nothing I eat is tasty enough. I want a pizza with a side of burger with cookies crumbled into ice cream

    No need to deprive yourself. Eat the foods you love while staying within your calorie allowance.

    Chalk it up to experience and plan on using those calories for what you'd love tomorrow. Plan that pizza! I've got a homemade chocolate chip cookie recipe that's 160 calories per cookie... if yours is similar you'd be ok if you could stick to just one... :)

    But yeah, if you want your pizza, just plan it into your calories for the day and eat minimally, if needed, before hand. Works wonders!
