How you know you're in it to win it
I know because just last night I fell off the wagon by eating chips and fast food. However, this morning I'm right back on track and I'm not even stressing about something like what I did last night, when in the past I would really beat myself up for it. What I've noticed is getting right back on track still causes weight loss and it keeps me pushing!
