Multivitamin to help with energy while losing?

I know there is not a vitamin for weight loss but posting in this category go see if those who are losing have a good multivitamin that helps with energy. I find b vitamins help and have to take D per my dr orders but ran out of my multi and they're expensive...I had free sample bottles from when I worked for the company. Any brands you like? Prefer non candy ones as I think tablets are better absorbed and don't want that sugar added to my intake/. Thx

If you're feeling fatigued and low energy while losing weight, I would:
1. Make sure my deficit was reasonable and not too aggressive
2. Make sure I was eating a variety of foods
3. Make sure I was getting adequate sleep
IMO those will help much more than any multivitamin for energy.
I do take a brand called Deva (vegan) that I like, but that's really only because I need to supplement B12 and D (per my doctor) so it seemed easier to get one pill than a bunch. I ordered it on Amazon relatively cheaply.

Thank you for the insight. Yes, I definitely eat a reasonable if not too much amount of food, mostly nutrient dense. Sleep is my biggest struggle. Working on that but I deal with anxiety literally over sleep. Work can exacerbate it but I have had sleep issues ever since my early teens. Just looking for a decent multivitamin that is well utilized and absorbed. I love the taste of the gummy ones target sells a lot of but I doubt they are as effective as other brands.kathrynjean_ wrote: »If you're feeling fatigued and low energy while losing weight, I would:

Google and see if Melatonin (I use Olly gummy's) and magnesium oil spray (applied to skin) would work for you to help you sleep.
I had terrible insomnia and I use them both and sleep like a baby now.2 -
The multi vitamin ADAM by NOW is decent. It's also the brand that a number of expensive vitamins relabel with their label. I also like Alive Men's whole food vitamin. For any vitamin you take, you might want to take the male version to avoid extra iron which is constipating. If you need iron, there are better forms to take then what's typically in a multi.1
