Use different strokes during a swim session? This app may be useful to claculate calories burned

For those of you interested in swimming as a their preferred form of exercise, I thought I would bring a swimming app to your attention. It's a little bit different in that if you use different swimming strokes during a training session, this app allows you to put in the time you used each stroke into the relevant box and the app will calculate how many calories you have burned. Apparently, each stroke burns calories at different rates but this app will work it all out for you.

(In smaller type script, just below the main 'swimming stroke' and 'time in minutes' boxes, you will see the words 'or choose multi stroke swim')
