Question about Muscle Twitches

Options
I have a question about muscle twitches. What exactly do they feel like? I recently started feeling a pulsating feeling in my left calf area, it's not constant but it's there. I'm asking because I started a new job where I'm on my feet a lot and I'm also working out at the gym, doing Zumba, and swimming.

I'm just asking to see if anyone else has experienced this.

I've had it before. On my legs, arms and back. Can be a whole host of things.

Yup check your hydration and electrolyte balance

Twitches feel like a tic ..like someone is flicking you ..not painfully

Pulsating wouldn't be how I'd describe a twitch

Epsom salt (magnesium) bath. Add two (2) cups to very hot water. Relax 20-25 minutes.

what does it feel like? It feels like your muscle is randomly contracting while you are doing nothing that involves it. Sometimes you feel it, sometimes you can see it too. I could easily feel like a pulsation.

It's probably low magnesium. I used to get them at night until I seen a naturopath. I started taking magnesium right away and no more muscle spasm or cramps!
Epsom salt baths are great too as others suggested.
