Hello from Ohio!

Hi there fitness fans! I'm not a fan of fitness... yet. What I want to do is to get my eating habits to align and support what I perceive to be the ultimate lifestyle. My perfect day starts with a quick 30 minute run, a shower/shampoo/shave, a cup of hot lemon water and a non-cooking required breakfast, a loaded backpack and my Jeep keys. B)
Long before any of that can happen, I need to: drop some pounds, gain some muscle, expand my lung capacity, slowly increase my endurance, and learn to cook.
Oh, and I want to be able to do some cool yoga *kitten*. And ditch my prescription meds.
I don't want to look "pretty." I want to look otherworldly and vaguely threatening.

Yoga is for everyone, you should try it. Don't be afraid, try a beginner class or gentle yoga for your first class.

Hi I am trying to get back on track after a hiatus I had to take due to injury. I am looking for friends to join the journey with me. You can add me if you like. :)
