struggling through a life change

so i lost most of the weight i was hoping to lose. i did it by doing the same thing every day. same food at the same times. same work outs. same job. same house. same everything.

well now my life has changed and everything is thrown out of wack. i cant stick to my calorie goal to save my life. i have sugar cravings through the roof. i dont want to start regaining weight. and i still have more to lose. how on earth do i get through this?

    Baby steps. Add in some healthy habits. Think addition instead of subtraction. Also, adding some variety to your diet will help you next time that a life change comes along. That means no longer trying to eat the same foods at the same times. Find new exercises that you enjoy, even if it's a walk or hiking or skiing or whatever you enjoy.

    You have something playing in your head that's working against you. Reset your thinking you can do this because you did do it.
