What's your view on body beast? I have gotten good results with in the past 10 months of doing it but I feel like I can do better? I feel like by only limiting myself to dumbell exercises and EZ-curl bar exercises, I am not getting the full benefit of other very good exercises that can help me reach my goal. My goal is to fill in some more lean muscle mass overall but also decrease body fat. I'm aiming to get somewhere around 12%. I fluctuate between 14.5 and 15%. So I think where I am going with this is should I continue this program or should I decide to make up my own home workout or simply just go back to the gym. How do you think I can reach my goal?
