So I know there are a lot of aps out there to track your workout, but is there any out there that give you a plan on what to do?Something like how Beach Body has their challenges (but I could not for the life of me figure out their ap). I tried p90x at home but since I do most of my workotu at the gym since it's the only mommy free time I get, I'd like to have something on my phone. Any suggestions?

The Nike Training app is by FAR the best app I've ever encountered. Several workouts, several levels, and it's FREE!0
