I am confused on something when I look at a package in the back with carbs it'll say 22 grams of carbs but the package is advertising 4 grams of net carbs how dose that work?

Net carbs are theoretically the ones that you will be able to absorb and burn. For instance, fiber carbs dont really count, because your body cant digest them and they just move on through. Sugars and starches, however, will be broken down in your gut and taken up into your bloodstream, where they will serve as an easily burned energy source. A lot of low carb alternatives use flours that are mostly fiber, so you can pretend that you're eating carbs, which somedays is the only thing that saves me. Low carb wrap pizzas!0
