Àdvice on exercise exercise

Hey any experienced MFPers able to give me some tips and hints on tracking exercise.?

    Exercise calorie burns provided by MFP are estimates. Some are high, some are pretty good. Strength training estimates are found under cardiovascular. Those are a total guess.

    If you are going to exercise regularly and don't need the motivation of seeing calorie burns you might consider using a TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) calculator & include exercise up front. Then just take a cut from there. That way logging exercise isn't even needed. The exercise calories are just averaged out for the week.
