It helps track my carbs fats and sugars. I had a really bad problem with binge eating at night time and I am 30 pounds overweight or was. I didn't realize all the bad stuff I was putting into my body so this app definitely helps me to make sure I don't eat certain things. My secret to losing 6 pounds in 12 days is to have at least one apple a day. I did add an exercise routine for 1 hour day I do An aerobic Stepping. Which burns and amazing 600 calories. However I don't have to exercise I still lose weight as long as I have that apple day and don't go above my carbs and sugar goals.
