please let me know if you have calculated the calories burned taking a one hour class, or the best way to figure it out.

That's a tough one because everyone will use a different weight for each exercise, everyone's body weight differs, everyone pushes themselves at a different intensity, etc. I think I'd just shoot for an estimate and see if I continue progressing. Like I'd enter 600 calories and if I eat that back on Bodypump days and I'm still making good progress regarding my goals (losing/maintaining/gaining) then I'd leave it there. The alternative would mean counting every rep during each exercise and trying to calculate it after the class which would be a mess imo.1

Les Mills Bodypump is in the exercise database here. Probably closer enough for government work...0
