Gaining some size and feeling good. Keep striving mfp family. It's always going to be tough no matter what anyone tells you. Will power is not always easy to come by. Life sometimes gets in the way but stay with it, stay strong. Keep saying it "this is my year and I will succeed." Nutrition lifting and life on my instagram @dad.fitness.
