Okay so i try to workout 6 days a week but its impossible during the summer because ive only had time to workout Mondays through THursdays and some Sundays...im afraid that have 2 to 3 days of not working out will make me gain weight back...

As long as you're eating healthy and not going way over your calorie intake you should be fine. Last week I was only able to workout 3 days and I still lost 1.5 pounds.0

According to what you said in your post, you are working out 5 to 6 days a week. Personally, I think that is suffient for good health and weight loss/maintenance.
I work out 5 days a week...sometime I squeeze in a weekend workout but it is rare. I have lost 34 lbs in less than 6 months, turned my high cholesterol around, and feel fantastic.
I would not worry about gainng weight as long as you are mindful of your caloric intake.

■Strength training exercises at least twice a week
As a general goal, include at least 30 minutes of physical activity in your daily routine. If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to increase your activity even more. If you can't set aside time for a longer workout, try 10-minute chunks of activity throughout the day. Remember, the more active you are, the greater the benefits.0
