      well @synchkat I've learned when life hands you lemons...or in this case lemonade flavored rockstar and limon redbull you make your own preworkout.

      may not get the focus and pump but I'll be jacked up on close to 400mg of caffeine

      @SugarBabyGirl if the guy at the store here thought I was flirting for preworkout he's probbaly have a restraining order or maybe he would expect dinner either way...awkwarddddd. the one I ran out of was the one in my gym bag. but it was in my cabinet before that lol

      I was told by a supplement store quest bars would change my life. They didn't. I think he was flirting. I bet if you went to thst store he'd appreciate your tight top and pants.

      were you completely open minded about them? cuz that's part of how they work. if you don't fully believe you won't experience their wonder. you have to close your eyes and believe, believe...

      I tried to believe i really did. I wanted a life altering experience. Maybe i chose the wrong flavour.
      Maybe I ate them wrong. Perhaps for the full experience one should savour every bite. Maybe I gobbled it up too fast....I'm a bit greedy at times
