I just weighed myself and I am 36% fat and 48% water?

Ok, I understand the fat part. I was 46% but I lost 10.4% body fat since insanity. But is 48% water(in my body) normal?

Your good bro, the avg human is 50-75 the avg adult male is 50-600

How did you determine this? Scales that read bf are quite often inaccurate.0

The water just tells you how hydrated you are. I run around 42% water and I do low carb. You will have a higher water % if you eat a lot of carbs. Don't be concerned about the water,. what is your lean body mass. That and body fat are important.0
