41lbs since mid August. When I lose the next 12lbs it'll be a huge mental victory for me. I fell off at 230lbs after losing my mom 2 years ago.

Down 90 as of this morning! It's taken a year and a half, but I'm so happy I've stuck with it. Congrats to all--a lot of weight has gone missing here in this thread alone! Lol!

I have lost 14 pounds since the end of June, 2016. The speed seems so slow at times, but I keep thinking slow and steady wins the race!! Grateful for the support I find here.
