It's high impact cardio - and some strength training. 25 minute sessions. If you are out of shape, it will get you into better shape. At 25 minutes it's not going to be a huge calorie burner, so don't expect weight loss.
Just do exercise you like. Be consistent. I can't image using the same video over & over.0 -
I've did not do the full 30 days because I don't like the daily repetitive workouts. But if you put your all into it, you do get a great short workout in. It's on YouTube, so you can try it out for a few days to see how you like it! That's what I did.0
