Burn Bootcamp

Hi all. It's been awhile since I posted anything or even read any of the boards on here. Last Monday, I started a free trial at Burn Bootcamp. I was skeptical at first, but just going to the orientation got me motivated. I made it to 4 classes last week and all 5 classes this week!!! And, they are at 5:30 am!!!! I'm so proud of myself and I'm loving the workouts. They focus on something different every single day and there are 5-6 different stations so you aren't doing the same workout every day. I'm down 6 lbs since I started. I'm eating lots of protein (around 100 grams) and really watching my sugar and carb intake. It was hard to adjust at first, but when I found out how many calories I should be eating, I was floored. My body feels so much better now that I think I'm on track and found a great workout. I just may stick with it even after the 30 days!!!
