Hello!

I am new here...any advice would be most welcome! I'm 54, have had success in the past with various programs like WW, Jumpstart MD, but it's hard for me to stay with anything and easy for me to try to deal with all my obligations first, as a busy working single mom. I have joined a gym "challenge group" and am already down a few pounds, looking to help boost my efforts especially around food planning and bringing food with me. I am a huuuuuuuge eater, but I tend to eat mostly healthy stuff, so I am overweight not obese (156 lbs, 5'4.5") Any comments would be very appreciated! Oh, and I also have had 2 fit bits, both of which stopped working, but I see it would be good to get them fixed.Thanks and hello everybody!!
