Hi. I'm giving this a try. For many years I have been a WW member but for some reason I've grown tired of it. I'm very close to the big 60 and really need and want to be stronger and healthier. Looking for some new friends.

You can do this make sure you log all your food and drinks. Take one day at a time. Get some supportive friends on here and support in return and you will do great. This is free make the most of it. Good luck1

Good morning I have been looking for a friend over or close to 60. I want some of the same things you do but have a 15 lb goal in mind. Can't do it without accountability and that is what I think you might need also. I do fine for a while then fall back into old habits, what do you think should we give this a shot together1
