Found this recipe to be really tasty and good to freeze for quick meal after a workout

500 minced turkey (850 cals)
1 onion, chopped (44 cals)
1 tin chopped tomatoes (72 cals) + 1/2 tin of water
1 clove garlic (9 cals)
1 tsp turmeric (7 cals)
1 tsp garam marsala
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp chilli powder (16 cals)
200 grams frozen petit pois (100 cals)
Dry fry the turkey mince, add the chopped onion and garlic and fry for a few mins. Then add the chilli powder, turmeric, garam marsala ands ground coriander and stir well. Add the tinned chopped tomatoes and 1/2 tin of water and simmer for 20 mins. 5 mins before serving I add the peas (you can omit them or add a different veg).
I calculate this at 1098 cals – you can divide it as you wish for portions. I find this very tasty and usually have it with a large salad for my dinner in the evening.
Hope you enjoy it!

This spice blend looks really good! I do a turkey mince with chili powder, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, salt and fresh lime juice. The result is sort of Mexican. I will give yours a shot! :)
