Having to start from Scratch! Can you help?!

So folks, I am at my second highest weight in all my life. I know I need to get a handle on this. I'm not looking to be skinny, lean, and/or toned. Just healthy. My complication is I work in an office 12 hours days and nights. And I cant do a lot of walking in the office. It switches. So no going to bed at the same time and such. I also have to drive about an hour away, so when I work days, I wake up in the dark and go to bed in the dark, just so I can get enough rest and make sure my kids have supper and their nights lined up before I leave for work. I am a single mom on low income. I cannot afford a gym membership. Any advice with obstacles in my way would be helpful. So the only thing I can be consistent with is intake. These meals that are suggested though do not stretch very far for as much as I am spending? As I said any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hey!
That is a really tight schedule. If you could squeeze in workouts few times a week I'd recommend doing FitnessBlender on youtube or any similar videos. It's a great choice because it's fun, free and meant for doing at home. When it comes to food just try to eat healthier and stay in your daily kcal range! Wish you all the best and hope you lose those extra pounds that bother you!0
