I've been successfully using myfitnesspal on my mobile for the past 3 months on the run upto my summer holidays last month ... managed to loose a stone and a half simply from being more aware of the crap I was eating!

First time in the forums having a nose about

Currently trying to stay in shape whilst slowly packing on some lean muscle by enjoying 3 cardio workouts a week and 3 strength workouts if your goals are similar feel free to add me :-)

Cardio is a mix of the 30 day shred days 1 & 2, stationary bike and running on the treadmill
Weights is 5 compound exercises (bench, squat, row, press and deadlift) slowly adding weight each workout (5 x 5)
