Anyone done a gastro-tour?

Me and my OH keep half jokingly saying that at some point we should go over to the USA and do a gastro tour of all the places we see on DDD. All the stuff looks so damn good! I think I would have some major lbs to shift when we get back home to the UK though!

Anyone actually done a gastro tour before?
