Time to get healthy!

Hello! I am introducing myself so that maybe I can make some friends to help keep me on track. I counted calories before with a different app and after losing 20lbs. I stopped and gained it all back. I had my husband to encourage me but when he stopped doing it, I just kind of dwindled away from it. I am ready to get healthy though! I am doing this on my own, with the encouragement of family and my husband, and I want to keep going till I meet my goal! So let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Elizabeth, and I have been married for 4 years and we have two crazy wild boys named Tristan and Elijah. I am an EDDA (Extended Duty Dental Assistant) at a dentist office in a big city. I am on my feet for 7-9 hours a day running back and fourth. Every day my feet ache and hurt from all the weight it has to carry and now my back and right knee is starting to hurt too. I know if I don't get myself in shape then I'm going to hurt my body and not be able to enjoy the life I want. When I started my fitnesspal I was at my heaviest of 210lbs. I have since lost 12lbs and am excited to keep seeing results. I purchased the FitBit Charge 2 to help me keep track of my steps, exercise, sleep, and everything that I don't have time to log constantly. I am very pleased with it and have even looking into getting the Aria scale so keep up with the weight changes.
