Aiming for 199 before the end of the year

Hey guys! I originally started dieting back in the end of December, I was at 250 pounds and was just one day motivated to move. I started working out 10 minutes a day. It was just the basics, sit-ups, push-ups and squats. After a week or so the pound started coming off and then I started adjusting my diet. First keeping my diet the same but taking out sodas and eventually eliminating all liquids that aren't water.

In January, I ended up getting a fitbit and and dance dance revolution mat and started dropping weight doing that. I eventually hit 215 pounds around July and just kind of stayed there.

I've continued to workout since then, but no longer with the same intensity, by this juncture my diet wasn't the most healthy, but the caloric intake was around 2200 to 2500, so I was just maintaining.

Well, I again find myself motivated to hit this new goal, so 199 here I come! So far down about 3 pounds and trying out this freeyletics or however it's spelled app. It is ridiculously intense, burned around 500 calories in just a 30 minute work out! My new calorie goal is at around 1500 to 1700, let's do this!
